WE LOVE OUR VOLUNTEERS!

Part of the success of our Lacrosse program is dependent upon the generosity of our parent volunteers.  We do ask each family to contribute some time to help our lacrosse program operate smoothly.   You can choose to help out by selling tickets at the games, working in the concession stand during games, serving dinner at the Team Pasta/Spaghetti Dinners, helping with our Car Wash fundraiser, helping with our sponsorship program or other fundraising events.   We thank you in advance for your time and know that the boys really appreciate it as well.

TEAM DINNERS:
*** Unless otherwise notified, all team dinners will be served in the CVHS Cafeteria.  Please arrive by 5:15pm and bring a dessert to share.  

GAME DAY - TICKETS AND CONCESSION STAND

For JV Games:
***Varsity team parents sign up to work the JV game.  Please plan to arrive BY 5:15pm.  Varsity parents are in charge of "set up" for the Concession Stand.  Ticket volunteers should report to the stadium gate and Concessions volunteers should report directly to the Concession Stand.  JV parents will come to relieve you when the JV game is done.

For Varsity Games:
***JV team parents sign up to work the Varsity game.  Please go to the Tickets area or the Concession Stand as soon as your JV game is over.  This will allow the varsity parents to watch their boys play in the varsity game.  JV parents are in charge of "clean up" of the Concession Stand.  They should also let the Team Mom know about any unsold food so she can adjust her totals for the next game's order.
